摘 要:亚历山大藻(Alexandrium)是一类广泛分布的有毒赤潮藻。为探讨北部湾海域亚历山大藻的种类归属,从此海域分离了3株亚历山大藻,并基于核糖体大亚基(LSU rDNA)、核糖体小亚基(SSU rDNA)和核糖体转录间隔区(ITS)基因序列进行系统发育分析。结果发现,这3株亚历山大藻分别与不同海域来源的A.tamutum藻种聚成同一个大分支上,自展支持率分别为83、91、94;它们的种内遗传距离(包括北部湾株)均小于与其他亚历山大藻的种间遗传距离,从而鉴定此3株亚历山大藻隶属于A.tamutum藻种。研究结果将进一步丰富北部湾亚历山大藻系统发育进化信息以及序列特征,为北部湾亚历山大藻赤潮的预警和防控提供分子生物学数据。Alexandrium spp.is a group of widely distributed toxic red tide algae.In order to explore the species affilia‐tion of Alexandrium in Beibu Gulf,Guangxi,China,three Alexandrium strains were isolated from this area,and phylogenetic analysis based on LSU rDNA,SSU rDNA and ITS sequence was carried out.The results showed that the three species of A.tamutum were clustered with A.tamutum species of different marine origins on the same large branch,with bootstrap values of 83,91 and 94,respectively.The intraspecies genetic distance of the above three Alexandrium species(including the Beibu Gulf strain)is smaller than that of other Alexandrium species.Therefore,the three Alexandrium species in Beibu Gulf were identified as belonging to A.tamutum.The current results will further enrich the phylogenetic evolution informa‐tion and sequence characteristics of Alexandrium in the Beibu Gulf,and provide molecular biological data for early warn‐ing and control of Alexandrium red tide in Beibu Gulf.
