摘 要:换流阀作为模块化多电平换流器(MMC)柔性直流输电(HVDC)系统的核心设备,而子模块又是构成换流阀的最小电气单元,其运行可靠性直接关系整个HVDC系统的稳定性,因此,有必要对其核心元器件进行全面检测。在此研究一种测试电路及方法,首先,利用最小二乘法拟合电容的充电电压曲线,精准推导出电容容值;其次,基于能量守恒原理,反推二次板卡功耗;最后,根据电容的放电电压曲线,反推均压电阻阻值,并以工程子模块为例进行试验,验证所设计的测试电路及方法的正确性及高精度性,可适用于子模块元器件的厂内和现场检测。The converter valve is the core equipment of multi-level converter(MMC)high voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission system,and the submodule is also the smallest electrical unit that constitutes the converter valve,its op-erational reliability is directly related to the stability of the whole HVDC transmission system.So,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive inspection of its core components.A testing circuit and method is researched.Firstly,the charge voltage curve of the capacitor is fitted by the least square method,and the value of the capacitance is calcu-lated accurately.Secondly,based on the principle of energy conservation,the loss of the secondary board is calculat-ed.Finally,based on the discharge voltage curve of the capacitor,the value of the equalizing resistance is calculated.The engineering submodule is taken as an example,experiments are conducted to verify the correctness and high ac-curacy of the designed testing circuit and method,which can be applied to the factory and on-site testing of sub-module components.
