摘  要:三相绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)全桥式逆变电路的电子电力建模及仿真在电机驱动领域中被广泛应用,其模型精度及计算效率可直接影响电机控制系统的可靠性。以往研究中大都只采用开通关断两种稳态过程切换,忽略了三相IGBT全桥式逆变电路高频切换过程中的瞬态过程,影响该电路的实时仿真精度。因此,针对电路中IGBT的静态特性与瞬态特性,采用梯形积分法和多段拟合法对电路的稳态过程和瞬态过程进行求解,提出并构建了一种基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的稳态、瞬态双阶段三相IGBT全桥式逆变电路模型。将基于FPGA的稳态、瞬态双阶段三相IGBT全桥式逆变电路模型仿真结果与传统理想模型仿真结果进行波形对比和数据分析,证明该电路模型的准确性。Electronic power modeling and simulation of three-phase insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)full-bridge inverter circuits are widely used in the field of motor drive,and its model accuracy and computational efficiency can affect the reliability of the motor control system.Most of the previous studies used two steady-state processes of turn-on and turn-off,ignoring the transient processes during the high-frequency switching of the inverter circuit,which af-fects the real-time simulation accuracy of the circuit.Therefore,a steady/transient-state three-phase IGBT full-bridge inverter circuit model based on field-programmable gate array(FPGA)is proposed for the static and transient charac-teristics of IGBT,which uses trapezoidal integration and multi-terminal fitting.The simulation results of two-phase IG-BT full-bridge inverter based on FPGA and traditional ideal model are compared and analyzed to prove the accuracy of the circuit model.
