摘 要:新能源汽车电机控制器工作时,功率器件常处于高频开断状态,导致电池与电机控制器间的直流母线上产生2倍PWM载波频次的电流谐波,针对该谐波引起的系统效率降低、控制能力下降及电气安全问题,提出一种基于控制系统建模的谐波监测模型。为提升模型系统的精度、稳定性,首先分析2次载波电流产生机理与车用电机全域高效运行控制原理,利用Matlab/fmincon非线性规划函数,设计高效、准确的转矩-转速二维驱动电流查表算法,并基于Matlab/Simulink环境建立车用电机控制系统电路模型。通过仿真和实验证明,所建模型在电机全工况域内,可以有效监测直流母线2次载波电流的变化特性,并具有很高的精度,且模型与算法结构简单,成本低,易于实现,具有很高的工程应用价值。When the motor controller of new energy vehicles is working,the power device is often in a high frequen-cy on/off state,resulting in current harmonics of twice the PWM carrier frequency on the DC bus between the battery and the motor controller.Aiming at the problems of system efficiency reduction,control ability reduction and electrical safety caused by the harmonic,a harmonic monitoring model based on control system modeling is proposed.In order to improve the accuracy and stability of the model system,firstly,the generation mechanism of secondary carrier current and the control principle of global efficient operation of vehicle motor are analyzed,and an efficient and accurate two-dimensional driving current look-up table algorithm of torque and speed is designed by using Matlab/fmincon nonlin-ear programming function,and based on Matlab/Simulink environment to establish the vehicle motor control system circuit model.Through simulation and experiment,it is proved that the model can effectively monitor the change char-acteristics of the secondary carrier current of the DC bus in the whole working condition of the motor,and has high accuracy.Moreover,the model and algorithm are simple in structure,low in cost,easy to implement,and have high engineering application value.
