摘  要:提出了一种适用于介质阻挡放电(DBD)负载的占空比连续可调的双极性准方波脉冲电源,该脉冲电源采用电流源型变流电路与高频脉冲变压器结合的方案,通过调节脉冲电源中3个功率开关管的占空比,实现了双极性准方波脉冲输出。通过模态分析的方法对该电源的工作原理进行了理论分析,并以DBD型准分子灯作为负载搭建了实验样机进行了验证。实验结果表明:该脉冲电源实现了工作频率100 kHz、输出电压峰峰值0~12 kV和脉冲宽度1~3μs连续可调的双极性准方波脉冲输出。相比于传统的准方波脉冲电源,该脉冲电源能将DBD负载在一个工作周期内的放电次数由2次提升至4次。为了削弱变压器漏感引起的尖峰电压,在功率开关管上并联了吸收回路,并且测试了不同吸收回路参数对激励脉冲波形的影响。A bipolar quasi-square-wave pulse power supply with adjustable duty cycle for dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)loads is proposed.The proposed pulse power supply consists of current-source converter circuit and high-freq-uency pulse transformer can achieve a bipolar quasi-square-wave pulse by planning the duty cycle of the three power switches.The working principle of the proposed pulse power supply is theoretically analyzed and an experimental pro-totype is built for a DBD excimer lamp in the laboratory for verification.According to the experimental results,a bipo-lar quasi-square-wave pulse with working frequency of 100 kHz,peak-to-peak voltage of 0~12 kV and continuously adjustable pulse width of 1~3μs is generated.Compared to traditional quasi-square-wave pulse power supply,the pro-posed pulse power supply can increase the number of discharges of DBD excimer lamp from two to four in a working cycle.The absorption circuits are adopted to suppress the spike voltage caused by transformer leakage inductance and the characteristics of the pulse waveform generated by the proposed pulse power supply are tested under different ab-sorption circuit parameters.
