摘　　要：柴胡(Bupleurum chinens e DC.)为伞形科柴胡属多年生草本植物,以根入药。柴胡生产中种质混杂较为严重,新品种选育势在必行。为完善柴胡植物新品种特异性、一致性和稳定性(Distinctness,uniformity and stability,DUS)测试指南,本试验收集了22份不同产地柴胡,对二年生与三年生柴胡基于形态学性状开展了DUS测试指南的研制,与原指南相比,增加了根的产量与含量相关的性状,最终确定了41个测试性状,其中包括24个必测的基本性状,17个选测性状;有质量性状0个、假质量性状15个和数量性状26个;涉及到植株性状6个、茎性状4个、叶性状7个、基生叶性状7个、花性状6个、根性状10个、生育期性状1个。本指南为我国柴胡性状测试、新品种的授权提供了支撑,对柴胡新品种选育具有重大意义。Bupleurum chinense DC.is a perennial herb of the genus Bupleurum in the Umbelliferae family,and its root can be used as medicine.The germplasm is seriously mixed in the production of Bupleurum chinense,and it is imperative to breed new varieties.In order to improve the DUS(Distinctness,uniformity and stability)test guidelines for Bupleurum chinense,22 samples of Bupleurum chinense from different habitats were collected in this study.The DUS test guidelines for 2-year-old and 3-year-old Bupleurum chinense were developed based on morphological traits,and the traits related to yield and content were added to prepare a more complete draft of DUS test guidelines for Bupleurum chinense medicinal plants in contrast to the original guidelines.A total of 41 traits were selected as the test traits of the DUS test guide for Bupleurum chinense,including 24 basic tested traits and 17 selected traits;there were 0 quality traits,15 false quality traits and 26 quantitative traits.It involved 6 plant traits,4 stem traits,7 leaf traits,7 basal leaf traits,6 flower traits,10 root traits,and 1 growth period trait.This guideline improves the lack of some traits and effective components in the DUS test guideline of Bupleurum chinense,which is of great significance for the breeding of new varieties of Bupleurum chinense in the future.
