双组分安定剂对硝化棉热分解性质的影响研究

摘  要:硝化棉是一种广泛应用于军事和民用领域的含能材料,工作性能优越,但其易自燃的特性限制了它的进一步应用。本研究基于传统的单组分安定剂,提出了“有机物+无机盐”的双组分安定剂模式,将硝化棉和双组分安定剂混合形成的4种样品在150、152、154、156℃一系列恒定温度下进行了差示扫描量热试验(DSC),并与纯硝化棉样品做了对比,通过适用于等温试验的高阶Vyazovkin方法计算了样品的表观活化能、指前因子和反应机理函数等动力学参量,试验与分析结果表明,双组分安定剂对硝化棉的安定作用表现在反应速率的降低和单位质量放热量的降低两方面,并且不影响硝化棉本身的反应机理。4种双组分安定剂中,TPA+碳酸钠的组合安定效果最为明显。Nitrocellulose is an energetic material widely used in military and civilian fields,with superior working performance,but its easy spontaneous combustion limits its further application.In this study,based on the traditional one-component stabilizer,a two-component stabilizer mode of“organic matter+inorganic salt”was proposed,and the four samples formed by the mixture of nitrocellulose and two-component stabilizer were subjected to differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)at a series of constant temperatures of 150,152,154 and 156℃,and compared with the pure nitrocellulose samples.The kinetic parameters such as apparent activation energy,pre-index factor and reaction mechanism function of the samples were calculated by the high-order Vyazovkin method suitable for isothermal testing.The results of the test and analysis show that the stabilizing effect of the two-component stabilizer on nitrocellulose is manifested in the reduction of the reaction rate and the reduction of heat release per unit mass,and does not affect the reaction mechanism of nitrocellulose itself.Among the four two-component stabilizers,the combination of TPA+sodium carbonate has the most obvious stabilizing effect.
