摘 要:为解决两淮矿区深部巷道围岩控制难题,本文结合深部围岩特性研发了适用于深部高地压巷道的新型注浆材料,对其不同水灰比条件下流动性、凝结时间及力学特性进行测试,并结合现场进行工业性试验,设计了注浆加固方案,对注浆加固效果进行监测,发现其有效提高了煤岩或破碎岩层的承载能力,高效解决了各种具有安全隐患的地层问题,保障了生产安全,提高生产效率,具有一定的应用前景。In order to solve the problem of surrounding rock control in deep roadways in Lianghuai Kuangqu,this paper develops a new grouting material suitable for deep and high-pressure roadways based on the characteristics of deep surrounding rock.Its fluidity,setting time and mechanical properties under different water-cement ratios were tested.Combined with on-site industrial tests,a grouting reinforcement plan was designed and the grouting reinforcement effect was monitored.It was found that it effectively improved the bearing capacity of coal and rock or broken rock layers.It efficiently solves various formation problems with potential safety hazards,ensures production safety,improves production efficiency,and has certain application prospects.
