摘　　要：水性烘烤涂料是一种安全环保的装饰防护涂料,通常由底漆、面漆组成,可以采用两喷两烤或两喷一烤的施工方式进行涂装,广泛应用于五金、汽车配件、轮毂等对漆膜厚度、防腐、外观有一定要求的行业。两喷两烤对能源和时间消耗较大,但是两喷一烤可以减少一半的能源消耗和一半的时间,对提高生产效率具有很大的意义。本文研制了一种适用于金属的水性湿碰湿烘烤涂料,将水溶性环氧脂树脂和水分散性丙烯酸树脂联合使用,通过两喷一烤的模式均匀喷至金属表面,进而得到理想涂层。本文主要介绍了两喷一烤模式的方法、水性湿碰湿烘烤涂料的制备及其在实际应用中的优势。Water based baking coating is a safe and environmentally friendly decorative and protective coating,usually composed of prim-er and topcoat.It can be applied using a two spray two bake or two spray one bake construction method.It is widely used in industries such as hard-ware,automotive parts,wheel hubs,etc.,which have certain requirements for film thickness,corrosion resistance,and appearance.Two sprays and two baked goods consume a lot of energy and time,but two sprays and one baked goods can reduce energy consumption and time by half,which is of great significance for improving production efficiency.This article develops a water-based wet touch baking coating suitable for metals,which com-bines water-soluble epoxy resin and water dispersible acrylic resin.The coating is evenly sprayed onto the metal surface through a two spray and one bake mode to obtain the ideal coating.This article mainly introduces the preparation of water-based wet touch baking coatings and their advantages in practical applications.
