成品油储罐人孔泄漏原因分析与对策

摘　　要：在简要介绍了两起成品油储罐人孔泄漏事故案例的前提下,从材质选取不当、密封面受损、装配和操作与维护不当、外部因素等方面分析了人孔泄漏产生的原因,指出了人孔泄漏会造成人员、环境危害和经济损失,比较了传统人孔泄漏治理技术与新技术的优缺点,分享了某油库人孔泄漏治理案例,提出了人孔泄漏治理的原则和措施建议,为相关单位储罐人孔泄漏治理提供了借鉴。Under the premise of brief introduction of two manhole leakage accident cases of refined oil storage tank,the causes of manhole leakage are analyzed from improper material selection,damaged sealing surface,improper assembly,operation and maintenance,external factors,etc.,and the manhole leakage will cause personnel,environmental hazards and economic losses.The advantages and disadvantages of traditional manhole leakage treatment technology and new technology are compared.A manhole leakage treatment case of an oil depot is shared.The principles and measures of manhole leakage treatment are proposed,which provides a reference for the manhole leakage treatment of relevant units.
