车用醇醚燃料推广应用现状及对策分析

摘　　要：在简要叙述了醇醚燃料的定义、分类、优缺点、以及车用醇醚国内发展现状的基础上,介绍了车用醇醚燃料的质量标准,指出了车用醇醚燃料推广应用中存在的产业政策尚待完善、质量标准缺乏规范、市场监管亟需加强、公众消费较难分辨、定价机制不够健全等问题,提出了相应对策:一是健全产业政策,引导发展方向;二是规范质量标准,严格控制源头;三是强化市场监管,稳定流通秩序;四是加大信息共享,引导公众认知;五是完善定价机制,打通市场联动。Based on a brief description of the definition,classification,advantages and disadvantages of alcohol ether fuel,as well as the current development status of vehicle alcohol ether in China,the quality standards of vehicle alcohol ether fuel are introduced.It is pointed out that there are still problems in the promotion and application of vehicle alcohol ether fuel,such as incomplete industrial policies,lack of standardization of quality standards,urgent need to strengthen market supervision,difficulty in distinguishing public consumption,and inadequate pricing mechanisms.Corresponding countermeasures are proposed:the first is to improve industrial policies and guide development direction;the second is to standardize quality specifications and strictly control the source;the third is to strengthen the market supervision and stabilize circulation order;the fourth is to increase information sharing and guide public awareness;the fifth is to improve the pricing mechanism and establish market linkage.
