摘 要:为了改善除雪犁的除雪效果,该文基于光滑粒子流体动力学法对除雪犁结构进行优化设计。首先采用SPH法建立雪堆模型,并且采用参数化方式对动车组除雪犁进行建模。然后研究排雪速度对除雪效果的影响,并在最恶劣的排雪工况下分析雪犁开口角、雪犁前角对排雪阻力的影响。研究表明,排雪速度为60 m/s时,排雪阻力最大;随着开口角增大,纵向、垂向排雪平均阻力增大;随着前角的增大,纵向排雪阻力减小,垂向排雪平均阻力增大。最后通过改变除雪犁的结构参数后进行正交试验,综合优选出一组最优的除雪犁结构参数组合,为动车组在高寒地区应对风积雪状况下的除雪问题提供参考。In order to investigate the snow removal effect of the snow removal plow,the structure of the snow removal plow was optimized based on the smooth particle hydrodynamic method.The snowdrift model was established by SPH method,and the snow plow of the Motor Train Units obstacle removal was modeled by parametric method.The influence of snow removal speed on snow removal effect was studied,and relationship between the snow plow opening angle,snow plow front angle with the snow removal resistance was analyzed under the worst snow removal conditions.Studies show that a snow removal speed of 60 m/s has the greatest impact.As the opening angle increases,the average resistance of longitudinal and vertical snow removal increases.As the front angle increases,the longitudinal snow removal resistance decreases and the average vertical snow removal resistance increases.Finally,orthogonal experiments were carried out through different structural parameters of snow plow,and a group of optimal combination of structural parameters of snow plough was selected.This study can provide a reference for snow removal problems of Motor Train Units in alpine regions to cope with the windblown snow conditions.
