摘 要:文章针对桅杆翻转对橡胶波纹管的特殊需求,首先对橡胶波纹管结构和成型工艺进行设计、分析,然后对所需材质进行筛选、测试,并运用ANSYSWorkbench中的热力学模块对橡胶波纹管隔热性能进行仿真计算,以此开展了样机耐高温、伸缩和密封性试验。试验结果表明:该橡胶波纹管最大压缩高度222 mm,伸展长度为1230 mm,长期耐温180℃;压缩状态下,经隔热作用,波纹管内180℃排气温度降至外表面43.9℃,且在0.05 MPa充气压力下无泄漏,满足了设计技术指标,其分析设计方法及结果验证为翻转式桅杆橡胶波纹管的设计优化提供了参考。According to the special requirements of the rubber corrugated pipe for mast overturning,the structure and forming process of the rubber corrugated pipe are designed,and the required materials are selected and tested in this paper.The heat-shielding performance of the rubber corrugated pipe is simulated by using the thermodynamic module in ANSYS Workbench.The high temperature resistance,expansion and sealing test of model machine are performed.The test results show that the maximum compression height of the rubber corrugated pipe is 222 mm,the extension length is 1230 mm,and the long-term temperature is 180℃.Under the compression,the insulation inside the corrugated pipe is reduced from 180℃to 43.9℃on the outer surface,and there is no leakage under the 0.05 MPa inflation pressure,meeting the design technical indicators.The analysis and design method,as well as the verification of the results,provide a reference for the design optimization requirements of the rubber corrugated pipe for the mast flipping.
