河北农村工业遗产再利用服务乡村振兴的路径及价值研究

摘　　要：河北省作为农业大省,拥有丰富的农村工业遗产。这些遗产不仅是农村经济发展的见证,也是中国式现代化的重要历史物证。本文探讨了在乡村振兴战略下,如何将这些工业遗产转化为乡村振兴的新动力。文章指出河北省农村工业遗产具有独特的历史价值、文化意义和潜在的旅游吸引力,但也面临保护资金不足、维护难度大、公众认知度低等挑战。在此基础上,提出了农村工业遗产再利用的四个路径类型:农村社区的参与和合作、与乡创相结合、推动文创产业融合,以及建设数字化乡村。这些路径旨在通过保护和再利用工业遗产,促进乡村经济的多元化发展,提升农民的生活质量,并推动文化遗产的保护传承。最后认为,农村工业遗产的再利用在文化、经济和社会层面均具备现实价值,对于推动乡村振兴战略具有重要意义。As a large agricultural province,Hebei Province has a rich rural industrial heritage.These heritages are not only witnesses of rural economic development,but also important historical material evidence of Chinese￣style modernization.This article discusses how to transform these industrial heritages into a new impetus for rural revitalization under the rural revitalization strategy.The article points out that rural industrial heritage in Hebei Province has unique historical value,cultural significance and potential tourism attraction,but also faces challenges such as insufficient funds for protection,difficulty in maintenance and low public awareness.On this basis,four path types for rural industrial heritage reuse are proposed:participation and cooperation of rural communities,integration with rural innovation and entrepreneurship,promotion of cultural and creative industry integration,and construction of digital villages.These paths aim to promote the diversification of the rural economy,enhance the quality of life of farmers,and promote the preservation and transmission of cultural heritage through the protection and reuse of industrial heritage.Finally,it is concluded that the reuse of rural industrial heritage has practical value at the cultural,economic and social levels,and is of great significance in promoting the strategy of rural revitalization.
