产业有序转移背景下广东各区域承接能力的评价研究

摘　　要：产业转移和承接是企业和资源在空间内自由配置的必然结果,而区域的合理转移与承接会进一步影响到区域未来的经济协调发展。文章将承接地拉力作为理论基础,从区域基础能力、产业集群优势、规模产业优势和产业协同创新4个维度,对广东省21个地级市2022年统计指标数据进行测量与分析。利用主成分分析(PCA)确定了产业规模效应引力、区域基础建设引力和区域产业结构引力3个主成分,并结合各区域承接能力进行解读。研究结果表明,在承接能力的角度上,产业会进一步沿着广东省沿海经济带进行转移,根据各市承接产业转移总能力得分排名情况,可形成珠三角和沿海经济带东西两翼的分级转移方案。Industrial transfer and accommodation are inevitable results of the free allocation of enterprises and resources in space,and the smooth transfer and accommodation of regions will further affect the coordinated economic development in the future.To this end,the article analyzes the statistics of 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province in 2022 from four dimensions,namely,regional basic capacity,industrial cluster,scaled industry,and industrial collaborative innovation according to the pulling theory.Furthermore,by means of principal component analysis(PCA)method,three principal components were determined:industrial scale effect,regional infrastructure construction,and regional industrial structure,and then interpreted according to the accommodating capacity of each region.The research findings indicate that in terms of accommodating capacity,industries will further transfer along the Guangdong coastal economic belt.Finally,based on the ranking of the accommodating capacity scores of each region,a hierarchical transfer plan can be formulated for the eastern and western wings of Pearl River Delta and the coastal economic belt.
