超高分子量聚乙烯纤维单向复合布防1.1 g破片的性能影响因素分析

摘　　要：文章选用超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维和聚氨酯胶黏剂为主体材料,制备了不同结构的单向(UD)复合布,并采用模压工艺将其压制成聚乙烯(PE)板,分别研究纤维性能、胶黏剂性能、胶黏剂质量分数和UD复合布面密度对PE板防1.1 g破片V50值的影响。结果表明:纤维拉伸强度越高,V50值越高;胶黏剂的拉伸性能以及胶黏剂和PE纤维之间的界面性能与V50值相关,过高或过低,都不利于V50值的提高;胶黏剂质量分数越低,V50值越高,但胶黏剂质量分数的降低不能影响UD复合布的后期加工使用性能;UD复合布的面密度越低,V50值越高。This paper uses ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)fiber and polyurethane adhesive as the main materials to prepare uni-directional(UD)composite fabrics with different structures,and uses molding technology to press them into polyethylene(PE)plates.The effects of fiber properties,adhesive properties,mass fraction of adhesive and UD composite fabrics areal density on the 1.1 g fragmentation V50 value of PE plates are studied.The results indicate that a higher tensile strength of the fibers leads to a higher V50 value.The tensile properties of the adhesive,as well as the interfacial properties between the adhesive and PE fibers,correlate with the V50 value,both excessively high and low values are unfavorable for the enhancement of the V50 value.Lower mass fraction of adhesive results in a higher V50 value,yet the reduction in mass fraction of adhesive must not compromise the subsequent processing and usage performance of the UD composite fabrics.Furthermore,a lower areal density of the UD composite fabrics corresponds to a higher V50 value.
