摘  要:为了发展铁刀木红木用材林,引进泰国、柬埔寨和中国华南地区等地40个家系铁刀木种子在漳州育苗,开展子代测定和生长性状遗传变异分析,以各家系单株立木材积为主要评价指标,同时考虑入选家系的胸径、树高和冠幅生长量不低于群体均值为标准进行评价和选择,结果表明:6年生铁刀木按参试家系20%的入选率,选出早期生长优良家系7个,即20号、16号、27号、29号、32号、9号和40号,实际入选率为17.5%,其平均立木材积、胸径、树高、冠幅、成活率和保存率分别为0.0280 m^(3)、8.45 cm、8.07 m、2.80 m、98.21%和91.07%,比群体均值分别增加101.44%、19.52%、10.09%、9.80%、1.70%和1.19%;立木材积、胸径、树高和冠幅遗传增益分别达18.79%、9.34%、3.23%和1.68%。初选出的7个优良家系生长快,适应性较强,可优先在闽南山地造林推广,待今后树龄增长后再做进一步复选与决选。In order to develop Cassia siamea timber forest,Cassia siamea seeds of 40 families from Thailand,Cambodia and South China were introduced to breed seedlings in Zhangzhou.The progeny test and genetic variation analysis of growth traits were carried out.The individual standing tree volume of each family was taken as the main evaluation index,and at the same time,it was considered as the standard for evaluation and selection that the growth of DBH,tree height and crown width of the selected families was not lower than the average value of the population.The results showed as follows:seven families with excellent early growth were selected according to the selection rate of 20%of the six-year-old Cassia siamea families,namely No.20,No.16,No.27,No.29,No.32,No.9 and No.40,and the actual selection rate was 17.5%;the average standing tree volume,DBH,tree height,crown width,survival rate and preservation rate were 0.0280 m^(3),8.45 cm,8.07 m,2.80 m,98.21%and 91.07%,respectively,which were 101.44%,19.52%,10.09%,9.80%,1.70%and 1.19%higher than the population mean,respectively;the genetic gains of standing tree volume,DBH,tree height and crown width were 18.79%,9.34%,3.23%and 1.68%,respectively.The seven excellent families selected by the preliminary selection grew fast and had strong adaptability,which could be preferentially promoted in the mountainous areas of southern Fujian,and further re-election and final election will be made after the tree age increases in the future.
