摘 要:为了探究不同植物生长调节剂处理对三叶木通扦插生根的影响,采用正交试验设计L_(9)(3^(4)),以植物生长调节剂种类(ABT1,NAA,GGR6)、质量浓度(50 mg·L^(-1),100 mg·L^(-1),200 mg·L^(-1))、浸泡时间(1 h,2 h,3 h)为试验因素,研究各因素对三叶木通扦插生根的影响。结果表明:植物生长调节剂种类对平均生根数量、平均根长的影响起主导作用,浓度对生根率、根系效果指数的影响起主导作用;对于平均生根数量指标,最优的水平组合是A_(3)B_(3)C_(2)(200 mg·L^(-1)的GGR6浸泡2 h),对平均根长、根系效果指数指标而言,最优水平组合均为A_(1)B_(2)C_(2)(100 mg·L^(-1)的ABT1溶液浸泡2 h),对生根率指标的最优组合为A_(3)B_(2)C_(2)(100 mg·L^(-1)的GGR6浸泡2 h)。经综合评价,三叶木通扦插时植物生长调节剂的最优组合为A_(3)B_(3)C_(2),即以200 mg·L^(-1)的GGR6溶液浸泡2 h为组合,能获得最优的扦插效果。In order to explore the effects of different plant growth regulator treatments on the rooting of Akebia trifoliata cuttings,the orthogonal experimental design L_(9)(3^(4))was used,and plant growth regulators(ABT1,NAA,GGR6),mass concentration(50 mg·L^(-1),100 mg·L^(-1),200 mg·L^(-1))and soaking time(1 h,2 h,3 h)were taken as experimental factors,through which this thesis studied the effects of various factors on the rooting of Akebia trifoliata.The results showed that the types of plant growth regulators played a leading role in influencing the average root number and average root length,and the concentration played a leading role in influencing the rooting rate and root effect index.For the average root number index,the optimal level combination was A_(3)B_(3)C_(2)(soaking in 200 mg·L^(-1)GGR6 for 2 h).For the average root length and root effect index,the optimal level combination was A_(1)B_(2)C_(2)(soaking in 100 mg·L^(-1)ABT1 solution for 2 h).The optimal combination of rooting rate index was A_(3)B_(2)C_(2)(soaking in 100 mg·L^(-1)GGR6 for 2 h).After comprehensive evaluation,the optimal combination of plant growth regulators for Akebia trifoliata cutting was A_(3)B_(3)C_(2),that was,the combination of soaking in 200 mg·L^(-1)GGR6 solution for 2 h could obtain the best cutting effect.
