摘 要:为了对森林碳中和效率进行测度,选取辽宁省天保工程为研究区域,并从森林碳汇效率入手,采用数据包络分析法和Malmquist指数方法,设计对应的静态和动态测度模型,构建对应的评价指标体系,并采用数据分箱和插补法对数据中的异常值和缺失值进行处理。结果表明:2014年到2019年铁岭市和本溪市森林碳汇效率的平均值分别为0.252和0.278,综合效率的最大值分别为0.438和0.461,最小值分别为0.239和0.241。铁岭市技术效率、技术进步、纯技术效率、规模效率和全要素生产率的平均值分别为1.212、0.982、0.665、0.573和1.086。技术进步在全要素生产率中占据了重要的地位。通过分析森林碳汇测度能够对天然林的碳汇能力和潜力进行了解,为后续的碳汇开发提供新的思路。In order to measure the efficiency of forest carbon neutrality,this study selected the natural forest conservation project in Liaoning Province as the research area,and started with the efficiency of forest carbon sink.Data Envelopment Analysis and Malmquist index method were used to design corresponding static and dynamic measurement models,construct a corresponding evaluation index system and handle outliers and missing values in the data by data partitioning and interpolation methods.The results showed as follows:the average forest carbon sink efficiency in Tieling City and Benxi City from 2014 to 2019 was 0.252 and 0.278,respectively;the maximum values of comprehensive efficiency were 0.438 and 0.461,respectively,while the minimum values were 0.239 and 0.241,respectively;the average values of technical efficiency,technological progress,pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency,and total factor productivity in Tieling City were 1.212,0.982,0.665,0.573,and 1.086,respectively.Technological progress occupies an important position in total factor productivity.By analyzing forest carbon sink measurements,the carbon sink capacity and potential of natural forests can be understood,providing new ideas for subsequent carbon sink development.
