大叶相思扦插育苗技术优化

摘  要:为提高大叶相思扦插育苗效果,以其优树的实生苗和嫁接苗为采穗母株,分析了扦插生根过程中插穗中内源性吲哚乙酸(IAA)、玉米素苷(ZR)、脱落酸(ABA)、赤霉素(GAs)水平变化及不同配比生长调节剂与穗条类型对大叶相思扦插育苗的影响。结果表明:随着扦插时间增加,IAA、ABA水平先上升后下降,GAs水平先下降后上升,而ZR水平无明显变化。其中,在扦插10 d时,GAs水平达最低值,而ABA水平达峰值。16个生长调节剂处理中,以100 mg·L^(-1)NAA+100 mg·L^(-1)ABT1+100 mg·L^(-1)PP333处理下的生根率最高(97.6%)。穗条类型显著影响扦插育苗效果,实生苗来源穗条优于嫁接苗,短枝优于长枝,以实生苗短枝扦插,生根时间短,且根条数多,生根率与成活率高。In order to improve the effect of cuttage propagation of Acacia auriculiformis,the seedlings and grafted seedlings of superior trees were used as mother plants for picking spikes to analyze the changes of endogenous indole acetic acid(IAA),zeatin glycosides(ZR),abscisic acid(ABA)and gibberellin(GAs)levels in the process of cuttage rooting,and the effects of growth regulators of different ratios and types of cuttings on the cuttage propagation of Acacia auriculiformis.The results showed that with the increase of cuttage time,the levels of IAA and ABA increased first and then decreased,the level of GAs decreased first and then increased,while the level of ZR did not change significantly.Among them,the GAs level reached the lowest value and the ABA level reached the peak on the tenth day of cuttage.Among the sixteen growth regulator treatments,the rooting rate was the highest(97.6%)under the treatment of 100 mg·L^(-1)NAA+100 mg·L^(-1)ABT1+100 mg·L^(-1)PP333.The type of spikes significantly affected the effect of cuttage propagation.The spikes from the seedling were better than those from the grafted seedlings,and the short branches were better than the long ones.The rooting time was short,and the number of roots was large,and the rooting rate and survival rate were high by short branch cuttage of seedlings.
