除草剂在龙杞3号栽培中的应用研究

摘  要:试验选用4种大田常用除草剂,分析单剂及配施作用于龙杞3号1年生扦插容器苗的防除效果,结果表明:异丙甲草胺对藜没有防除作用,对其他杂草防除效果较好,样方内藜平均数量为44.6株,仅较对照少4株,龙杞3号成活率最高,达96.67%。硝磺莠去津处理的龙杞3号成活率最低,仅为56.66%,与异丙甲草胺、烯草酮处理存在显著差异(P<0.05);硝磺莠去津与乙草胺配施成活率增加至73.34%。样方内杂草数量与龙杞3号成活率呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),龙杞3号株高与地径极显著正相关(P<0.01)。在龙杞3号栽培上,可优先考虑在无藜的地块使用异丙甲草胺防除杂草,其次可选用烯草酮、乙草胺及二者配施,硝磺莠去津不可单剂施用。Four kinds of herbicides commonly used in field were selected to analyze the control effect of single and combined application on 1-year-old cutting container seedlings of Lycium barbarum‘Longqi No.3’.The results showed that Metolachlor had no control effect on Chenopodium album,but had a good effect on other weeds.The average number of Chenopodium album in the sample was 44.6 strains,only 4 fewer than that in the control.The survival rate of Lycium barbarum‘Longqi No.3’was the highest,reaching 96.67%.The survival rate of Lycium barbarum‘Longqi No.3’treated with Atrazine was the lowest of only 56.66%,which was significantly different from Metolachlor and Clethodim treatment(P<0.05).The survival rate of Atrazine combined with Acetochlor was increased to 73.34%.There was a significant positive correlation between weed number in the sample and survival rate of Lycium barbarum‘Longqi No.3’(P<0.01),and there was a significant positive correlation between plant height and ground diameter of Lycium barbarum‘Longqi No.3’(P<0.01).In the cultivation of Lycium barbarum‘Longqi No.3’,the priority should be given to using Metolachlor to control weeds in the plots without Chenopodium album,followed by the use of Clethodim,Acetochlor and the combination of them,while the single application of Atrazine should not be applied.
