摘 要:采用JMatPro 7.0软件计算了91马氏体耐热钢的平衡和非平衡相图、淬透性、热处理工艺参数、TTA曲线和CCT曲线。研究了回火过程中钢中析出相的变化。结果表明:91钢最合适的奥氏体化温度为1000~1050℃,回火温度不能高于800℃;钢的淬透性极好,淬火冷却速率大于0.1℃/s即可淬透;回火过程中渗碳体尺寸的变化对钢的力学性能的影响较大。Equilibrium and non-equilibruim phase diagrams,hardenability,heat treatment process parameters,TTA and CCT curves for 91 martensitic heat-resistant steel were calculated via a JMatPro 7.0 software.The change in precipitated phases in the steel during the tempering was investigated.The results showed that(a)the most appropriate austenitizing temperatures were 1000 to 1050℃for the 91 steel,the tempering temperature must not be higher than 800℃;(b)91 steel had excellent hardenability,and was likely to be throughout hardened by quenching at rate of 0.1℃/s;and(c)the change of cementite in size during the tempering had a larger influence on mechanical properties of the steel.
