摘  要:由钢板冲压成的电池壳显示出橘皮状缺陷。对产生橘皮状缺陷的电池壳进行了金相检验和轧制工艺复查。结果表明:这种橘皮状缺陷是钢板的终轧温度偏低,以致钢板在两相区轧制从而产生混晶所致。通过提高终轧温度、提高热轧卷厚度、切除终轧温度超差的钢卷等措施,解决了电池壳冲压时产生橘皮状缺陷的问题。The battery shells made of steel sheet by stamping showed orange peel defects.The metallographic examination and reinspection of rolling process were performed on the battery shell exhibiting orange peel defects.The results indicated that the formation of orange peel defects stemmed from so lower finishing-rolling temperature of the sheet that it was rolled in two-phase region therefore the mixed crystals formed.The problem of formation of the orange peel defect on the battery shell during stamping has been solved by the increase in both finishing-rolling temperature and thickness of hot-rolled coil,and removal of the coil whose finishing-rolling temperature was over-proof,etc.
