摘  要:冷轧钛合金化Q355B钢带的轧辊消耗量较大。为此,分析了冷轧普通Q355B钢带和钛合金化Q355B钢带的轧制力、设备参数、乳化液参数;检测了普通Q355B钢带和钛合金化Q355B钢带的显微组织;分析了冷轧辊的磨损机制。结果表明:冷轧辊消耗量大与轧制力无关,是Ti的细晶强化和沉淀强化所致。The consumption of roll used for cold-rolling titanium-alloyed Q355B steel strip was larger.For this reason,the rolling force,equipment parameters,and emulsion parameters in cold-rolling conventional Q355B steel and titanium-alloyed Q355B steel strips were analyzed.The microstructures of the conventional Q355B steel and the titanium-alloyed Q355B steel strips were surveyed.The wear mechanism of cold-roll was also analyzed.The results indicated that the larger consumption of the cold-roll was independent of the rolling force,and attributed to titanium-induced both fine-grained strengthening and precipitation strengthening.
