摘　　要：本文结合我国政府网站建设和管理情况,以及相关标准化工作情况,对网页电子文件元数据标准的实体关系和元数据元素进行了系统分析,对标准在电子文件元数据的采集、归档、封装和储存四个方面的应用情况和相关要求进行了阐述,提出了元数据在政府网站电子文件管理全过程应用的相关建议,为元数据标准的具体应用提供参考和借鉴。This paper combines the construction and management of government websites in China,as well as the relevant standardization work,to systematically analyze the entity relationship and metadata elements of the standard for metadata of webpage electronic documents.It elaborates on the application and related requirements of the standard for metadata of electronic documents in terms of collection,archiving,encapsulation,and storage.It proposes relevant suggestions for the application of metadata in the whole management process of electronic documents of government website,providing reference for the specific application of metadata standards.
