资本禀赋、风险认知与农户的履约行为

摘　　要：农户的履约行为直接关系到农业订单的履约效率。本文基于安徽省茶叶主产区的农户调查数据,运用二元Logistic回归模型和中介效应模型,分析资本禀赋对农户履约行为的影响机制。研究发现:资本禀赋对农户的履约行为存在显著的正向影响,且资本禀赋通过风险认知这一中介变量间接影响农户履约行为。具体而言,违约风险认知在人力资本、社会资本、自然资本与农户的履约行为之间存在中介效应,经营风险认知在社会资本、自然资本与农户的履约行为之间存在中介效应,在人力资本与履约行为之间不存在中介效应。因此,要促进农户履约,提高农业订单的履约效率,应重视不同资本禀赋水平的差异,提高农户的风险认知水平,加强社会诚信教育,强化订单主体间的合作。The performance behavior of farmers is directly related to the efficiency of fulfilling agricultural orders.Based on survey data of farmers in the main tea producing areas of Anhui Province,this article uses binary Logistic regression model and mediation effect model to analyze the impact mechanism of capital endowment on farmers'performance behavior.Research has found that capital endowment has a significant positive impact on farmers'performance behavior,and capital endowment indirectly affects farmers'performance behavior through the intermediary variable of risk perception.Specifically,there is a mediating effect between default risk perception and human capital,social capital,natural capital,and farmers'performance behavior.There is a mediating effect between business risk perception and social capital,natural capital,and farmers'performance behavior,while there is no mediating effect between human capital and performance behavior.Therefore,in order to promote farmers'compliance and improve the efficiency of agricultural order fulfillment,attention should be paid to the differences in different levels of capital endowment,improve farmers'risk awareness level,strengthen social integrity education,and strengthen cooperation between order subjects.
