摘  要:高中-大学思政课教师队伍的协同共建是大中小学思政课一体化建设的重要环节。基于芬兰STEM教师教育模式的专业性、整合性、一体化、研究性等特点,梳理了当前两支思政课教师队伍协同共建中存在的教育主体协同理念不到位、共享平台运行实效不均衡、长效化培育机制有待增强、研究与实践结合不深等问题,提出了深化教育主体的整体性教育理念、发挥各层级资源共享平台实效、优化可持续发展的协同共建机制、培养具有研究素养的教师队伍等举措。The coordination of ideological and political course teachers between high schools and universities is an important link in the integration of ideological and political courses in primary,secondary,and tertiary educationinstitutions.The teacher education model of STEM from Finland is characterized by professionalism,integration,unification,and research-orientation,and so on..It can be concluded through analysis that there are still problems in the present process of inte⁃gration of ideological courses,such as the lack of understanding of the concept in education enti⁃tiescooperation,the unbalanced operation effect of the sharing platform,the underdevelopment status of the long-term cultivation mechanism,and the lack of depth in the combination of research and practice.The paper proposes measures to deepen the overall education concept in the teaching entities,bring out the effectiveness of the sharing platform at all levels for resources,optimize the coordination mechanism for sustainable development,and cultivate a team of research orientated teachers.
