摘  要:视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿是视网膜静脉阻塞患者视力受损的常见原因,多种机制参与疾病的发生发展过程,与视网膜神经血管单元稳态破坏紧密相关。中医学认为视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿属“视瞻昏渺”“暴盲”范畴,视网膜神经血管单元的生理特点与气血紧密相关。围绕视网膜神经血管单元各细胞相互作用,以及稳态失衡参与疾病的发生过程,阐述气血理论与其在生理病理上的紧密关系,提出从气血论治以恢复视网膜神经血管单元稳态,为中西医结合治疗视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿提供思路。Macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion(RVO-ME)is the common cause of the vision loss in patient with retinal vein occlusion.Multiple mechanisms are involved in the occurrence and development of disease,closely related to the disruption of the homeostasis of the retinal neurovascular unit.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,RVO-ME belongs to the class of diseases including"Shizhan hunmiao"and"Baomang".The physiological characteristics of retinal neurovascular unit are closely related to qi and blood.Focusing on the interaction between various cells in the retinal neurovascular unit and the involvement of homeostasis imbalance in the occurrence of diseases,the authors explain the close relationship between the theory of qi and blood and its physiological and pathological aspects,and propose a treatment approach based on qi and blood theory to restore the homeostasis of the retinal neurovascular unit,providing ideas for the integrated treatment of macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion with traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
