摘　　要：目的:应用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)探讨中医药治疗疣状胃炎的用药规律,以期为临床用药及新药研发提供参考。方法:检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库中建库至2024年1月4日中药治疗疣状胃炎的文献,提取数据进行规范化处理后建立数据库,采用中医传承辅助平台分析数据。结果:共纳入期刊文献138篇,处方151份,涉及中药165味;药物使用总频数为1 703,其中排名前5位的高频中药分别为甘草、茯苓、白术、半夏、黄连;用药多以补虚药、清热药和活血化瘀药为主;药物四气以温、寒、平为主,五味以苦、甘、辛为主;药物归经以脾、肺、胃、肝经居多;“半夏-甘草”及“甘草-茯苓”是最常用的药对,核心药物组合为“党参,茯苓->白术”;复杂系统熵层次聚类分析得出核心药物组合24个,并获得潜在新处方12个。结论:中医药治疗疣状胃炎以健脾益气为主,并注重清热燥湿化痰、行气活血化瘀。Objective:To explore the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of verrucous gastritis based on the TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(V2.5),with a view to providing reference for clinical medication and new drug development.Methods:The literature about TCM treatment for verrucous gastritis was retrieved from CNKI,Wangfang Data and VIP from the establishment of the databases to January 4,2024.After the standardized processing of the extracted data,the database was established,and the TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platform was used to analyze the data.Results:A total of 138 journal articles and 151 prescriptions were included,involving 165 Chinese medicines.The total frequency of drug use was 1703 times,among which the top 5 high-frequency Chinese medicines were Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix),Fuling(Poria),Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma),and Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma).Medications are mostly tonic,heat-clearing,and blood-activating and blood-stasis-removing drugs.The four Qi of the drugs are mainly warm,cold and flat,and the five flavors are mainly bitter,sweet and pungent.The meridians of the drugs are mostly spleen,lung,stomach and liver meridians."Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma)-Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix)"and"Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix)-Fuling(Poria)"are the most commonly used medicinal pairs,and the core drug combination is"Dangshen(Codonopsis Radix),Fuling(Poria)-Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)".Through complex system entropy hierarchical clustering analysis,24 core drug combinations were obtained,and 12 potential new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:The TCM treatment of verrucous gastritis should focus on strengthening the spleen and replenishing Qi,and pay attention to clearing away heat,drying dampness and reducing phlegm,promoting Qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
