摘　　要：基于全国古籍普查登记基本数据库及各大馆藏著录,对《中国中医古籍总目》著录的《幼科发挥》《(闻人氏)痘疹论》《痘疹世医心法》《痘疹格致要论》《救偏琐言》《天花精言》《(新刊)仁斋直指小儿方论》《幼科折衷》《仙传痘疹奇书》《保婴粹要》《痘疹正宗》《幼科医学指南》共11种儿科类著作的遗漏情况进行了梳理,以期为《中国中医古籍总目》补遗工作提供借鉴,引起学界对《中国中医古籍总目》补遗工作的关注及重视,并进一步完善《中国中医古籍总目》。发现每种儿科类著作的版本或收藏馆著录存在遗漏,版本著录遗漏多达9处,最多为《痘疹世医心法》《痘疹格致要论》,收藏馆著录遗漏达1~25处不等,最多为《救偏琐言》。而《中国中医古籍总目》前期未纳入的收藏馆亦不在少数,共涉及27处。Based on the basic database of national ancient book census registration and the records of major collections,this paper sorted out the omissions of 11 pediatric works recorded in the Zhongguo Zhongyi Guji Zongmu,including Youke Fahui,(Wenrenshi)Douzhen Lun,Douzhen Shiyi Xinfa,Douzhen Gezhi Yaolun,Jiupian Suoyan,Tianhua Jingyan,(Xinkan)Renzhai Zhizhi Xiaoer Fanglun,Youke Zhezhong,Xianchuan Douzhen Qishu,Baoying Cuiyao,Douzhen Zhengzong,and Youke Yixue Zhinan,in order to provide reference for the supplement work of the Zhongguo Zhongyi Guji Zongmu,arouse the attention and importance of the academic community to the supplement work of the Zhongguo Zhongyi Guji Zongmu,and further improve this book.It was found that there were omissions in the version or collection records of each pediatric work,with up to 9 omissions in the version records,the most of which were Douzhen Shiyi Xinfa and Douzhen Gezhi Yaolun.There were 1~25 omissions in the records of the collection,with the most common being Jiupian Suoyan.And there are also many collections that were not included in the Zhongguo Zhongyi Guji Zongmu in the early stage,involving a total of 27 places.
