长沙地区老年人数字中医药服务选择意愿及影响因素分析  

Analysis on the Choose Willingness and Influencing Factors of Digital Traditional Chinese Medicine Services for the Elderly in Changsha Area

摘　　要：目的:探索长沙地区老年人数字中医药服务选择意愿,分析其影响因素,为数字中医药养老服务新模式的制定提供理论参考。方法:采用横断面调查,随机抽样法,选择长沙地区老年人共298人。采用一般资料问卷、数字中医药养老服务相关政策了解程度问卷进行调查,多因素分析采用二元Logistic回归分析。结果:在298人中,有数字中医药服务意愿者为78人(占26.2%)。对数字中医药养老服务政策的了解程度总体得分为(26.35±6.34)分。多因素结果显示居住地、文化程度、月收入、身体患慢性疾病数量、医保支付方式及获取医疗健康信息渠道是数字中医药服务意愿的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:该地区老年人对当前数字中医药养老服务相关政策不够了解,老年人数字中医药服务选择意愿不强,今后要加强中医药服务渗透,在普及智慧医疗养老服务的过程中发挥中医药的积极作用,特别是在移动设备与数字服务的适老化改造、数字中医药服务政策的宣传与普及方面下功夫,传承中医药文化,推动数字中医药服务进程,创新数字中医药服务养老新模式。Objective:To explore the willingness of the elderly in Changsha area to choose digital traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)services,analyze its influencing factors,and provide theoretical reference for the development of new model of digital TCM elderly care services.Methods:A cross-sectional survey and random sampling method were used to select a total of 298 elderly people in Changsha area.The survey was conducted using a general information questionnaire and a digital questionnaire on the level of understanding of policies related to TCM elderly care services.Multivariate analysis was conducted using binary logistic regression analysis.Results:Among 298 elderly people,78(26.2%)expressed a willingness to use digital TCM services.The overall score for understanding the digital TCM elderly care service policy was(26.35±6.34)points.Multivariate analysis showed that place of residence,education level,monthly income,number of chronic diseases,medical insurance payment method,and channels for obtaining medical and health information were independent influencing factors for the willingness to use digital TCM services(P<0.05).Conclusion:The elderly in the region have insufficient understanding of the current policies related to digital TCM elderly care services,and their willingness to choose digital TCM services is not strong.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the penetration of TCM services,play a positive role in the popularization of smart medical elderly care services,especially in the aging adaptation of mobile devices and digital services,the promotion and popularization of digital TCM service policies,inherit TCM culture,promote the process of digital TCM services,and innovate new models of digital TCM services for the elderly.
