骨龙胶囊联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效及对Lequesne指数的影响

摘　　要：目的探究骨龙胶囊联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊对膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的疗效及对奎森功能演算指数(Lequesne指数)的影响。方法选取某院2022年1月~2023年8月收治的80例KOA患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合骨龙胶囊和盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,均按标准药物用法连续治疗6周。统计两组患者临床治疗效果,记录两组KOA患者治疗前、治疗6周后膝关节功能改善情况、Lequesne指数水平变化及炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平变化,统计不良反应发生情况。结果治疗6周后,对照组总有效率为80.00%(32/40),低于观察组的95.00%(38/40)。治疗6周后,两组膝关节评分(HSS评分)较治疗前均有升高,Lequesne指数均有下降,观察组HSS评分升高更显著,Lequesne指数下降更显著(P<0.05)。治疗6周后,两组IL-6、TNF-α指标与治疗前比较均降低(P<0.05),但两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在NSAIDs的基础上联合骨龙胶囊和盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗KOA较单一NSAIDs的疗效更好,能有效降低Lequesne指数,改善膝关节功能,但与单一NSAIDs治疗对炎症因子的影响相当。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Gulong Capsules combined with glucosamine hydrochloride capsules in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)and the impact on Lequesne index.Methods Eighty patients with KOA who were admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group using a table of random numbers,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)while the observation group was treated with Gulong Capsules combined with glucosamine hydrochloride capsules.Both groups were treated continuously for 6 weeks according to standard drug usage.Clinical treatment effects in the two groups were calculated.The improvement in knee function and the changes in Lequesne index and inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were recorded.The incidence rates of adverse reactions were calculated.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%(32/40),lower than 95.00%(38/40)of the observation group.After 6 weeks of treatment,HSS scores of both groups increased and Lequesne index decreased.Meanwhile,increase and decrease in the observation group were greater(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant between groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups about adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared to treatment with NSAIDs alone,the combined treatment with Gulong Capsules and glucosamine hydrochloride capsules can achieve better therapeutic effect on KOA.The latter can effectively reduce Lequesne index and improve knee function.However,its effect on inflammatory factors is comparable to that of treatment with NSAIDs alone.
