中药颗粒治疗脂溢性脱发的处方分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中药颗粒治疗脂溢性脱发的处方用药规律。方法选取2023年3月~2023年8月在广州中医药大学第二附属医院收治的脂溢性脱发患者78例,分析中药颗粒治疗的用药组方规律。结果药物功效使用频次前10位为补虚药、利水渗湿药、清热药、安神药、化湿药、收涩药、理气药、活血化瘀药、解表药、止血药;药物使用频次前10位为甘草、茯苓、白术、薏苡仁、山药、太子参、盐菟丝子、五指毛桃、陈皮、茯神;药性主要以寒性、温性为主,其次为平性、凉性;药味主要以甘味、苦味为主,其次为辛味、淡味、酸味、涩味、咸味;归经主要以脾经、肺经、胃经为主,其次为肾经、心经、胆经、大肠经、膀胱经、小肠经、三焦经、心包经;得药对30对,高频药对为“甘草-茯苓”“薏苡仁-白术”。结论在治疗脂溢性脱发治疗中,中药颗粒以补虚药为主,甘草、茯苓、白术、薏苡仁、山药使用频次较高,药性以寒性、温性为主,药味以甘味、苦味、辛味为主,归经以脾经、肺经、胃经、肾经、心经为主。Objective Exploring the prescription medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine granules for treating seborrheic alopecia.Methods 78 patients with seborrheic alopecia admitted to The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from March 2023 to August 2023 were selected,analyze the medication composition rules of traditional Chinese medicine granules treatment.Results The top 10 most frequently used drugs were tonifying vacuity,regulating water and removing dampness,clearing heat,tranquilizing drugs,dispelling dampness drugs,astringent drugs,regulating qi drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,relieving surface drugs and hemostasis drugs.The top 10 drug use frequency were licorice,poria cocos,atractylodes,coix seeds,yam,radix pseudostellariae,salta cuscuta,peach,orange peel and indian bread with pine.The drug properties were mainly cold and warm,followed by flat and cool.The taste of medicine was mainly sweet and bitter,followed by pungent,light,sour,astringent and salty.Spleen channel,lung channel and stomach channel were the main channels,followed by kidney channel,heart channel,gallbladder channel,large intestine channel,bladder channel,small intestine channel,Sanjiao channel and pericardial channel.Obtained 30 pairs of drugs,high-frequency drug pairs for"Licorice-Poria cocos","coix seed-atractylodes".Conclusion In the treatment of seborrheic alopecia,traditional Chinese medicine granules are mainly deficiency tonic medicine,licorice,poria cocos,atractylodes,coix seeds and yam are used more frequently,the drug properties are mainly cold and warm,the taste of medicine is mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,and the meridian is mainly spleen meridian,lung meridian,stomach meridian,kidney meridian and heart meridian.
