摘　　要：二甲双胍作为一线抗糖尿病药物,不但可以控制血糖,治疗2型糖尿病,其还对恶性肿瘤、心血管疾病、甲状腺疾病、肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征等都具备潜在的治疗作用。本文将对二甲双胍在糖尿病治疗及其他临床作用方面的文献进行综述。As a first-line antidiabetic drug metformin can not only be used to control blood glucose and treat T2DM,but also has potential therapeutic effects on malignant tumors,cardiovascular diseases,thyroid diseases,obesity type polycystic ovary syndrome and so on.This article reviews the literature on metformin in the treatment of diabetes and other clinical effects.
