摘 要:目的探讨家长-护士-孩子交互式游戏模式在自闭症患儿心理干预疗效上的应用效果。方法选择2021年4月—2023年4月淄博市妇幼保健院接收的自闭症患儿108例进行研究,随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各54例。对照组采用常规心理护理干预,观察组采取家长、护士与孩子交互式游戏模式干预。比较2组患儿配合度、美国孤独症治疗评估量表(Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist,ATEC)、孤独症儿童行为量表(autism behavior checklist,ABC)、儿童功能性独立评定量表(functional independence measure for children,WeeFIM)及护理满意度。结果观察组患儿配合度为98.15%,高于对照组的85.19%(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组表达、语言沟通、社交能力、感知/认知能力、健康/生理/行为评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组感觉、交往、运动、语言、自理评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组运动功能、认知功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为98.15%,高于对照组的81.48%(P<0.05)。结论自闭症患儿心理干预中落实家长、护士与孩子交互式游戏模式可促使患儿保持良好配合游戏行为,有效改善感觉、躯体功能,提高生活自理和社会交往的能力,减轻自闭症相关症状,且可提高家长的护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of interactive game mode among parents-nurses-children on the psychological intervention of autism children.Methods A total of 108 children with autism admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital between April 2021 and April 2023 were chosen and separated into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The children′s cooperation,American Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist(ATEC),and autism behavior checklist(ABC),functional independence measure for children(WeeFIM)and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The compliance rate of the observation group was 98.15%,which was higher than 85.19%of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the expression/language communication,social ability,perception/cognitive ability,and health/physiology/behavior scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the observation group showed significantly lower scores in sensation,communication,exercise,language,and self-care compared to the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the motor and cognitive function scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.15%,which was higher than 81.48%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing an interactive game mode among parents,nurses,and children in psychological intervention for children with autism can promote good cooperative game behavior,effectively improve sensory and physical functions,enhance self-care and social communication abilities,alleviate symptoms related to autism,and can increase parental nursing satisfaction.
