摘 要:该文以中国移动内蒙古公司为例,研究并提出了基于网格化管理的5G网业协同发展态势评估模型。该模型可客观评价不同场景下各类型价值区域的市场、网络发展情况,聚焦网业协同发展核心问题,并通过关联网格运营、无线规划、无线优化等支撑平台推动闭环解决,真正意义上做到判定标准客观统一、评估指标高度凝练、整改任务下沉一线。5G网业协同发展态势评估模型23年度应用后,通过市场、网络双向发力,内蒙古移动网络、市场各项指标持续向好,有效带动了网络及市场协同良性发展。This article takes China Mobile Inner Mongolia Company as an example to study and propose a 5G network industry collaborative development situation evaluation model based on grid management.This model can objectively evaluate the market and network development of various types of value regions in different scenarios,focus on the core issues of network industry collaborative development,and promote closed-loop solutions through support platforms such as grid operation,wireless planning,and wireless optimization.It truly achieves objective and unified judgment standards,highly condensed evaluation indicators,and sinking rectification tasks to the front line.After the application of the 5G network industry collaborative development trend evaluation model in the 23rd year,various indicators of Inner Mongolia's mobile network and market have continued to improve through the two-way efforts of the market and network,effectively driving the healthy development of network and market collaboration.
