摘 要:为了提高锅炉给水泵的整体性能和效率,通过分析影响泵效率的关键因素,提出包括叶轮结构、泵壳流道、密封系统以及轴承与支撑结构的优化设计方案。实验结果表明,综合优化方案使水力效率提高了4.1个百分点,轴功率降低了4.4%,同时振动和噪声水平显著降低。整个研究成果可为提升电站锅炉给水泵性能和可靠性提供依据。In order to improve the overall performance and efficiency of the boiler feed water pump,the key factors affecting the pump efficiency are analyzed,the optimized design scheme including the impeller structure,pump shell flow channel,sealing system,and bearing and support structure is proposed.The experimental results show that the comprehensive optimization scheme improves the hydraulic efficiency by 4.1 percentage points,reduces the axial power by 4.4%,and significantly reduces the vibration and noise levels.The research results provide a basis to improve the performance and reliability of the boiler feed water pump in the power station.
