摘 要:为保证采煤机齿轨轮安全稳定运行,降低采煤机故障发生率,分析采煤机齿轨轮结构特点和齿轨轮失效原因,发现运行环境、齿轨轮材料、齿轨轮结构设计及热加工等因素是采煤机齿轨轮失效的主要影响因素。因此,从以上因素入手,科学开展采煤机齿轨轮失效预防工作,并借助有效的预防措施,降低采煤机齿轨轮失效问题的发生概率。In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the toothed rail wheel of the shearer and reduce the occurrence rate of shearer failures.Analyzed the structural characteristics of the coal mining machine's tooth rail wheel and the causes of tooth rail wheel failure,and found that factors such as operating environment,tooth rail wheel material,tooth rail wheel structure design,and thermal processing are the main influencing factors of the failure of the coal mining machine's tooth rail wheel.Therefore,it is necessary to start from the above factors and scientifically carry out the prevention work of coal mining machine tooth rail wheel failure.By taking effective preventive measures,the probability of failure of the gear rail wheel of the coal mining machine can be reduced.
