摘 要:超超临界锅炉过热器在锅炉传热系统中扮演着至关重要的角色,负责再加热从水冷壁出来的高温高压蒸汽,使其达到额定温度、压力,进入汽轮机做功。然而,过热器泄漏失效会导致系统效率下降、安全隐患增加等问题。过热器泄漏失效的主要原因包括材料缺陷、过热工况引起的腐蚀以及热应力引起的疲劳等。为了预防泄漏失效,可采取改进材料和制造工艺、控制水质、优化弯管结构等措施。综合应用这些措施,能有效降低泄漏失效的风险,确保锅炉系统的安全稳定运行。The superheater of ultra-supercritical boiler plays a crucial role in the heat transfer system of boiler,which is responsible for reheating the high temperature and high pressure steam from the water wall to reach the rated temperature and pressure,and then entering the steam turbine to do work.However,superheater leakage failure will lead to system efficiency decrease,safety risks increase and other problems.The main causes of superheater leakage failure include material defects,corrosion caused by overheating conditions and fatigue caused by thermal stress.In order to prevent leakage and failure,measures can be taken to improve the material and manufacturing process,control the water quality and optimize the bending structure.The comprehensive application of these measures can effectively reduce the risk of leakage failure and ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler system.
