摘  要:近年来,复杂曲面零件的加工需求日益增长。深入研究基于五轴数控机床的复杂曲面加工技术,首先详细阐述五轴数控机床的工作原理,其次分析复杂曲面加工的难点,最后着重探讨工件装夹定位、刀具路径规划、加工参数设置和后处理等关键的复杂曲面加工工艺要点。对比实验结果表明,五轴加工在形状精度、表面质量、加工效率和刀具寿命等方面具有显著优势。In recent years,the processing demand of complex curved parts is increasing.In this paper,the complex surface machining technology based on five-axis computerized numerical control machine tool is deeply studied.Firstly,the working principle of five-axis computerized numerical control machine tool is elaborated,secondly,the difficulties of complex surface machining are analyzed,and finally,the key points of complex surface machining technology such as workpiece clamping positioning,tool path planning,machining parameter setting and post-processing are discussed.The experimental results show that five-axis machining has significant advantages in shape accuracy,surface quality,machining efficiency and tool life.
