摘  要:15CrMo钢是一种含铬和钼的低合金钢,因优异的热强性和良好的机械性能而广泛应用于高温和高压环境,如用于制造换热器等关键设备。该钢种的化学成分赋予了其良好的硬度和耐磨性,但焊接后往往会因为热影响区的材料性能变化而导致力学性能下降。因此,详细研究15CrMo钢换热器焊后分步热处理的工艺流程,通过实验验证不同热处理参数对焊接接头力学性能和微观结构的影响,提出针对性的工艺优化建议,以期达到提升焊接接头性能的目标。15CrMo steel is a low-alloy steel containing chromium and molybdenum,which is widely used in high-temperature and high-pressure environments,such as the manufacturing of key equipment such as heat exchangers,due to its excellent thermal strength and good mechanical properties.The chemical composition of this steel grade endows it with good hardness and wear resistance,but mechanical properties often decrease after welding due to changes in material properties in the heat affected zone.This article provides a detailed study on the process flow of step-by-step heat treatment for 15CrMo steel heat exchangers after welding.Through experiments,the effects of different heat treatment parameters on the mechanical properties and microstructure of welded joints are verified,and targeted process optimization suggestions are proposed to improve the performance of welded joints.
