摘  要:水轮机转轮安装质量直接影响水电站的运行效率和可靠性。但是,目前转轮安装普遍存在安装精度不足、效率低下等问题。基于此,分析转轮安装工艺的现状和不足,提出一套创新的精度控制优化方案。通过在安装准备、执行和检测等环节引入智能制造、精密测量、柔性连接、振动控制、云计算等先进技术,从根本上提升转轮安装质量和效率。在某大型水电站机组安装中对该优化方案进行实验验证,结果表明优化后的安装工艺在转轮同轴度、动平衡精度、工期和一次合格率等指标上均有了明显改善,证明了优化方案的有效性和实用价值。The installation quality of turbine runner directly affects the operation efficiency and reliability of hydropower station.However,there are many problems such as insufficient precision and low efficiency in runner installation.Based on this,the paper analyzes the status quo and shortcomings of runner installation technology,and puts forward a set of innovative precision control optimization scheme.Through the introduction of intelligent manufacturing,precision measurement,flexible connection,vibration control,cloud computing and other advanced technologies in installation preparation,execution and inspection,the quality and efficiency of runner installation are fundamentally improved.The optimization scheme is verified by experiment in a large hydropower station unit installation.The results show that the optimized installation process has improved significantly in the indexes of rotor coaxiality,dynamic balance accuracy,construction period and first pass rate,which proves the effectiveness and practical value of the optimization scheme.
