摘  要:针对机械膨胀可回收锚杆在煤矿巷道支护中存在的锚固力不足、应力集中和回收效率低等问题,提出一套结构性能优化方案。通过对膨胀段、连接段和回收机构的创新设计,包括多级楔形块结构、变截面连接段和智能控制回收系统等,显著提升锚杆的承载能力、疲劳性能和长期稳定性。系统性能测试结果表明,优化后锚杆在极限承载力、疲劳寿命、蠕变特性和回收效率等方面均有显著改善。Aiming at the problems of insufficient anchorage force,stress concentration and low recovery efficiency of mechanical expansion recoverable bolt in coal mine roadway support,a set of structural performance optimization scheme is proposed.The innovative design of expansion sections,connection sections and recovery mechanisms,including multi-stage wedge structure,variable section connection and intelligent control recovery system,significantly improves the load bearing capacity,fatigue performance and long-term stability of the anchor rod.The test results show that the ultimate bearing capacity,fatigue life,creep characteristics and recovery efficiency of the optimized bolt are significantly improved.
