摘  要:某航空发动机风扇整流器的内环和叶片采用过盈扩口销连接,连接后对扩口销进行扩口,在狭小空间装配扩口销存在工艺难点。针对航空发动机风扇整流器狭小空间内装配过盈扩口销的技术难点,开展狭小空间内过盈扩口销的安装工艺研究、扩口工艺研究以及扩口效果检测工艺研究。采用研制的专用扩口销安装工具,规避了扩口销变形部分薄壁、弹性模量大导致的回弹、开裂风险。采用研制的专用扩口工具,克服了狭小空间扩口销的扩口难题。采用研制的专用测具指模规,解决了狭小空间扩口后直径无法测量的难题,实现了过盈扩口销装配的技术突破。The inner ring and blade of an aero-engine fan rectifier are connected by interference flaring pins,after which the flaring pins are expanded.Assembling the flaring pins in a narrow space is a difficult process.Aiming at the technical difficulties of assembling interference flaring pins in a narrow space of an aero-engine fan rectifier,the installation process of interference flaring pins in a narrow space is studied.Flaring technology research and flaring effect detection technology research.The developed special flaring pin installation tool avoids the risk of rebound and cracking caused by the thin wall of the deformed part of the flaring pin and large elastic modulus.The developed special flaring tool overcomes the flaring problem of the flaring pin in a small space.The developed special measuring tool solves the problem that the diameter cannot be measured after the flaring in a small space by converting the diameter into an internal diameter measurement method.The technological breakthrough of overcrowding flaring pin assembly was realized.
