基于CiteSpace的中医文化在“一带一路”沿线国家和地区传播研究热点与趋势的可视化分析

摘  要:目的:了解分析中医文化在“一带一路”沿线国家和地区传播的相关研究的热点与趋势。方法:检索中国知网2014年―2022年中医文化在“一带一路”沿线国家和地区传播的相关研究文献,通过CiteSpace 5.8.R1软件进行可视化分析,构建关键词的知识图谱,并对关键词进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入文献762篇,结果显示中医文化在“一带一路”沿线国家和地区传播的相关研究涉及20个热点话题(频次大于12),按照频次从高到低排序依次为:一带一路、中医药、国际化、国际传播、中医文化、传播、文化传播、孔子学院、中医、人才培养、对外传播、策略、对策、发展、国际合作、世界中联、中医英语、中医针灸、服务贸易和传统医学。共获得25个最强突变关键词,近年来突现的关键词包括国际合作、文化交流、孔子学院、传播策略、人才培养等,针灸方面的相关研究仍然是文化传播的最直观形式,借力孔子学院、注重人才培养是传播策略所共同关注的内容。结论:中医文化在“一带一路”沿线国家和地区传播研究的研究热点在不同阶段有所区别,但就传播研究而言,在宏观策略方面契合“一带一路”倡议,中观方案因中医药的文化特性和实效性可行,微观路径可以灵活应用,进一步深入拓展中医文化在“一带一路”沿线国家和地区的传播。Objective:To understand and analyze the research hotspots and trends of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)culture dissemination in countries and regions along the“One Belt and One Road”.Methods:The research literature related to the TCM culture dissemination in countries and regions along the“One Belt and One Road”from 2014 to 2022 was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).CiteSpace 5.8.R1 software was used for visualization analysis,the knowledge map of keywords was constructed,and the keywords were visually analyzed.Results:A total of 762 literatures were included.The results showed that the researches involved 20 hot topics(frequency was greater than 12),it the order of frequency from the highest to the lowest,they were:Belt and Road,traditional Chinese medicine,internationalization,international communication,Chinese medicine culture,communication,cultural communication,Confucius Institute,Chinese medicine,personnel training,external communication,strategy,countermeasures,development,international cooperation,World Association of Chinese Medicine,Chinese medicine English,Chinese medicine acupuncture,service trade and traditional medicine.A total of 25 strongest mutation keywords were obtained.In recent years,the emerging keywords included international cooperation,cultural exchange,Confucius Institute,communication strategy,talent training,etc.Acupuncture and moxibustion related research was still the most intuitive form of cultural communication,leveraging Confucius Institutes and focusing on talent training were the common concerns of communication strategy.Conclusion:The research hotspots of TCM culture dissemination research in countries and regions along the“One Belt and One Road”vary in different stages.However,in terms of communication research,the macro strategy fits the“One Belt and One Road”strategy.The meso plan is feasible due to the cultural characteristics and effectiveness of TCM,and the micro path can be applied flexibly.The dissemination of TCM culture in
