摘  要:声速测定及校准是开展管道环焊缝超声无损检测工作的第一步。不同材料、壁厚、测定方向及波型对钢中的声速均有影响。依据标准GB/T 50818—2013《石油天然气管道工程全自动超声波检测技术规范》讨论了全自动超声检测技术声速测定的设备、试样制备和测定程序;基于脉冲反射法和斯涅尔定律,使用CPP-PRI-AUT设备、横波探头、CPP-PRI型上位机程序搭建了声速测定系统,进行了试样0°,70°,90°三个方向上水平剪切横波快波和慢波的测定,计算了相应的传播声速,进行了AUT系统的声速校准。最后在保证缺陷超声波束聚焦效果的基础上,分析了管线钢中声速的允许误差。The measurement and calibration of sound velocity are the first step in conducting ultrasonic non-destructive testing for pipeline girth welds.Different materials,wall thickness,measurement direction,and waveform all have an impact on the sound velocity in steel.This paper discussed the equipment,sample preparation,and measurement procedures for automatic ultrasonic testing technology of sound velocity measurement based on GB/T 50818—2013“Mechanized ultrasonic testing technology specification for oil&gas construction pipeline project”.According to the pulse reflection method and Snell′s law,a sound velocity measurement system was built by CPP-PRI-AUT system,shear wave probe and CPP-PRI upper computer program.The fast and slow shear horizontal waves of the sample in three directions of 0°,70°and 90°were measured.The corresponding propagation velocity was calculated and the sound velocity calibration of the AUT system was carried out.Finally,on the basis of ensuring the focusing effect of the defect ultrasonic beam,the allowable error of pi peline steel sound veloci ty was analyzed.
