摘 要:为了检验碳纤维增强聚合物基复合材料(CFRP)修理质量并对修理区分层等缺陷进行检测,制作了3种不同工艺[高温固化预浸料(PL2+PA2)修理、中温固化预浸料(PL1+PA1)修理、湿铺层(WF1+WR1)修理]的模拟修理试件,然后采用超声检测法对修理区进行检测评估,分别采用直探头、水浸点聚焦探头和滚轮探头对CFRP层压板修理区进行A扫描、B扫描和C扫描成像检测,最后对复合材料板进行拉伸破坏试验。试验结果表明,超声检测可以用来检测复合材料修理区域的分层缺陷;使用湿铺层修理(WF1+WR1)工艺修理的区域在超声检测时的声能吸收最小,其声学性能和原材料性能更接近,有利于超声检测;使用中温固化预浸料修理(PL1+PA1)工艺并采用小的挖补斜率时,材料强度恢复得更好。In order to test the repair quality of composite materials and detect the defects such as repair area lamination,three kinds of simulated repair specimens with different processes including high temperature curing prepreg(PL2+PA2)repair,medium temperature curing prepreg(PL1+PA1)repair,wet layup(WF1+WR1)repair were made.Then,the ultrasonic testing was used to detect and evaluate the repair area.The A-scan,B-scan and C-scan imaging detection of the CFRP laminate repair area was carried out with a normal probe,a waterimmersion point focusing probe and a roller probe.Finally,the tensile failure test of the composite plate was carried out.The experimental results showed that ultrasonic testing can be used to detect the delamination defects in the repair area of composite materials;The area repaired by wet layup repair(WF1+WR1)process had the smallest sound energy absorption during ultrasonic testing,and its acoustic performance was closer to that of raw materials,which is conducive to ultrasonic testing;The material strength recovery was better when the medium temperature curing prepreg repair(PL1+PA1)process was used and the small scarfing slope was used.
