绿色金融赋能生猪产业高质量发展影响研究

摘　　要：2021年国家发展改革委、农业农村部等6部门联合印发《关于促进生猪产业持续健康发展的意见》,提出用5~10年时间,基本形成产出高效、产品安全、资源节约、环境友好、调控有效的生猪产业高质量发展新格局。本文以绿色金融赋能生猪产业发展为切入点,实证研究绿色金融赋能生猪养殖产业的关联因子和相关驱动因素,探讨绿色金融赋能生猪产业高质量发展的路径措施。研究发现,绿色金融赋能生猪产业高质量发展成效明显,可以通过绿色信贷、绿色投资、绿色保险、绿色债券、绿色支持、绿色基金、绿色权益水平提升来发展生猪产业绿色金融,为生猪养殖产业注入新的活力。In 2021,the National Development and Reform Commission,Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and other 6 departments issued the opinions on"Promoting the Sustainable and Healthy Development of the Pig Industry",proposed that in 5~10 years a new pattern of output high efficiency,product safety,resource conservation,environmental friendliness,effective regulation.Took the devel-opment of green finance enabling pig industry as the starting point,this paper empirically studied the correlation factors and related driving factors of green finance enabling pig breeding industry,and discussed the paths and measured for the high-quality develop-ment of green finance enabling pig industry.The study found that green finance had enabled the pig industry to develop high-quality development with obvious results,and green finance of the pig industry could be developed through green credit,green investment,green insurance,green bonds,green support,green fund and green rights and interests level improvement,injected new vitality into the pig farming industry.
