摘　　要：左宗棠收复新疆后,政府锐意推动新疆全境丝织业的发展,从工匠、资金、政策等多个角度采取了多种举措促进当地丝织业发展,由官办逐渐转变为官督商办,试图形成新疆丝织业繁荣发展的局面。吐鲁番地区蚕桑经营得到显著发展,生丝出口大量增加,成为俄国的一个重要原料产地,而丝织业则停滞不前,陷入困境。政府在推动吐鲁番丝织业发展的过程中,在经济技术上起到了重要的推广意义,将南方比较先进的工艺技术传入新疆,教授当地少数民族丝织技术,各民族在发展丝织业的过程中积极互助,共同面对现实的困境,形成了行业内的民族命运共同体。After Zuo Zongtang recovered Xinjiang,the government was determined to promote the development of the silk weaving industry in the whole territory of Xinjiang,and took various measures to promote the development of the local silk weaving industry from the perspectives of craftsmen,funds,and policies,and gradually transformed the government-run silk weaving industry into a government-supervised and commercially-run one in an attempt to form a prosperous development of the silk weaving industry in Xinjiang.Turpan area sericulture business has been significantly developed,raw silk exports increased significantly,becoming an important raw material source in Russia,while the silk weaving industry is stagnant and in trouble.The government played an important role in promoting the development of the silk weaving industry in Turpan in the process of economic and technological promotion of the more advanced technology in the south into Xinjiang,teaching the local ethnic minorities silk weaving technology,the various ethnic groups in the development of the silk weaving industry in the process of active mutual assistance,and to face the realities of the plight of the community of destiny of the ethnic groups in the industry.
