水胶体敷料Y型固定在外周静脉留置针中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨外周静脉留置针中采用水胶体敷料Y型固定的效果。方法选取2022年6月至2024年3月江西省肿瘤医院住院的98例肺癌化疗间歇期患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组49例。所有患者均使用外周静脉留置针,对照组使用3M透明贴常规固定,研究组在对照组基础上使用水胶体敷料Y型固定,比较两组患者的穿刺点渗血、渗液、静脉炎发生率,穿刺部位症状评分,留置针固定情况评分,留置时间,留置针脱出发生情况。结果研究组的穿刺点渗血、渗液、静脉炎发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的穿刺部位症状评分、留置针固定情况评分低于对照组,留置时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的留置针脱出总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外周静脉留置针中应用水胶体敷料Y型固定的效果较好,能够有效降低穿刺点渗血、渗液、静脉炎发生率,改善穿刺部位症状及留置针固定情况,延长留置时间,避免留置针脱出。Objective To investigate the effect of Y-shaped fixation of hydrocolloid dressings in peripheral venous indwelling needle.Methods A total of 98 patients with lung cancer who were hospitalized in Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from June 2022 to March 2024 during intermittent chemotherapy were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.Peripheral venous indwelling needle was used in all patients,3M transparent tape was used for routine fixation in the control group,and Y-shaped fixation of hydrocolloid dressings was used in the study group on the basis of the control group.The incidences of blood seepage,fluid seepage and phlebitis at the puncture site,symptom score at the puncture site,score of fixation of the indwelling needle,indwelling time and occurrence of indwelling needle dislodged were compared between the two groups.Results The incidences of blood seepage,fluid seepage and phlebitis in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The puncture site symptom score and indwelling needle fixation score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the indwelling time was longer than that of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The total incidence of indwelling needle dislodged in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Y-shaped fixation of hydrocolloid dressings had good effect in peripheral venous indwelling needle,which can effectively reduce the incidences of blood seepage,fluid seepage and phlebitis at the puncture site,improve the symptoms of the puncture site and the fixation of the indwelling needle,prolong the indwelling time and avoid the dislodged of the indwelling needle.
